I have a neon goby in my tank that for the most part takes care of any ich problems. A couple years ago the whole tank had ich including the neons, who had it the worst as nobody was cleaning them....

Definitely go slow. Doing a quick drop of salinity will shock the corals and they will die anyway. I'd aim for about a 0.001 point change per day or less.

First off 23g interceptor = 390 gallons 23 milligrams is good for 10gallons (you missed the "m" ;)). Darn hard to measure tho, I just scrape some off a pill with a knife.
