On my 30g QT, I have a bubble filter (can't recall the brand) that is run by an air pump and I have a HOB powerfilter.

Throw in some PVC fittings to give the fish some shelter and hiding spots.

I agree that treating in-tank with something in a bottle is too often ineffective.

I'd buy a small tank at the LFS and setup a quarantine tank where I'd go with hyposalinity for about 5 weeks.

I've heard of people using Dynamat in their stands. Some noise has to escape though because you need ventilation.

I have the large AquaFuge on my non-RR 90g.

For the size/volume, it is a bit on the pricey side. But it's an easy and simple addition, which is worth something for my setup.

I have LR rubble...

From what little I've found on the ATB HOT skimmer is that it is projected to do around 300-400lph - though I'm not sure how reliable that is. The Rogue seems to have its number there.

What pump for CSS220? Or new skimmer?

The pump on my CSS220 recently shorted out on me, taking part of my tank down with it.

I don't know what type of pump this is either - there is no ID on it. Does anyone know what pump this is,...
