I definitely find a piece of Foot is more important to have on a frag of a mushroom compared to a mouth piece. It should do fine. Without either I think your chances are limited however.

That would be fine for Mushrooms. Ive got 'shrooms growing/propagating under 1 x 30W T8 flouro on a 30G. That lighting would be ample IME.
