I would think that RO waste water would be better...

I would think that RO waste water would be better than tap water eventhough it is often higher in TDS. the Carbon prefilters remove chlorine and chloramine, most of what is left hitting the membrane...

If you want to run penductors or eductors you will need a stronger pump, they generate their flow from pressure, and a velocity T4 is not strong enough IMO, it will work, but it won't really increase...
