When i change water, i notice yellow tint in remover water. I was told this was extra protein. If so, what can i do to clear it up?

Cloudy Water after mixing

Cloudy water occuring after mixing. Tried changing from Kent to Sea Chem reef salt-no help.Ph in ro water feflects 7.4. Wonder if city water source could be problem??

I have lost several blennies due to them not eating. I have live rock and two power heads running in my 30 gal acquarium. Water quality ok. Water current makes it hard for them to catch brine shimp....
