Yup those are classified as Devils hands...
Yup those are classified as Devils hands (Lobophyton)
They are also called a "lobed" leather from the obvious lobed growth pattern.
They are closely related to the Sarcophyton genus.

Its a 40 gallon, thanks for the kind words. I think with all the corals and rock it probably only holds about 15 actual gallons of water hahaha

As a general rule about 30% a month. You can break that up however you want...weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Smaller frequent water changes cause less fluctuation in water parameters (which is good.)
