they can get light shock and take a while to settle. also 60x turnover is a lot but its probably trying to find somewhere not to windy. as its moving around i would make sure there isnt a chance it...

its a lemnalia or litophyton i think. i have one too and yeh it grows like mad and when its bigger it just drops off branches and spreads around the tank.
