try to clamp something on the inside and outside...

try to clamp something on the inside and outside of the hole so that you can get a perfect hole. the plates will keep the glass more soild and it will use it as a gide

add another one! its better to run 2 or 3 heater...

add another one! its better to run 2 or 3 heater so if one breaks you dont loose the temp that fast and you should try to put them in different areas.

i would use 2 or 3 heaters in different areas under 500 watt mabe 1 250 and 2 150. titanium is a must!

think about ozone for that tank and a large skimmer (R2K)! that will make your life a little easyer and dont forget about water changes!!!!!!
