Flow Issue- Help Needed!

I have a 90 gallon perfecto. I a using an Ocean runner 2500 in my sump as a return.

I just noticed very little flow is coming out the return nozzle, but plenty is comming out a hole right below...

Set Up Questions?

I currently have a 90 gallon tank filled with leathers, softies, zoos etc. After viewing some of the amazing reef tanks filled mostly with sps, I really think I would rather go that direction.

Geo skimmer not skimming

How much should it skim. Based on other pictures I have seen from many skimmers, this Geo needlewheel does not produce that much skimate.

Have any other Geo owners had this same situation.
