its a biocube so its lidded pretty well, ive noticed hardly any evaporation since ive filled it over a week ago. this all seems much more reasonable now. thanks again for all your help man.

i highly recommend the oceanic biocube. i just picked my 14g up for 170$ and it has a 35$ mail-in rebate on the box. pretty damn good deal for considering it comes with decent lights and pump.
