I was thinking of putting a frag section in the sump will the bulb on melevs reef work? I was thinking of a simple egg crate shelf in the refugium section which is 12 inches high with no sand....

i think as long as you find they on the beach and not collect them from the water its perfectly legal. And if it is coral skeletons then just wash it off and cure it like you would liverock to make...
