I use a solution of one part vinegar and 3 parts RO water. Works pretty good and my wife hates the smell so I keep using it.

As far as fixtures go I have a SLS Tek5 that I'm happy with but the Aquactinics and ATI fixtures look nice, they are pricey too. If you're looking for a retro system you can't beat the Ice Cap...

This was a about two polyps on the live rock I purchased about two years ago. It has since almost completely covered the rock it is on. Each polyp is about 1/8". I'm not sure what this is LPS or SPS....
