Buy some clip on fans and point them at the water...
Buy some clip on fans and point them at the water surface. Evaporation will cool it down in no time. That might save you from moving everything around. I have them on my 75 and it works fine.

i had a bunch of those but i think they all died off becasue I don't see em anymore. If you see them try to remove them but I think they die off on their own if they can't find something to eat.

Unfortunately you'll need to remove the fish. As long as one fish remains in the tank the ich will survive. Even though only one of your fish shows the signs the others are probably still carrying...
