Buy some clip on fans and point them at the water...

Buy some clip on fans and point them at the water surface. Evaporation will cool it down in no time. That might save you from moving everything around. I have them on my 75 and it works fine.

I like both. The blue legged ones eat a snail every now and then but at less than a buck each it's not so bad. The hermits are just really interesting creatures. I'll put up with the $1 a month...

i had a bunch of those but i think they all died off becasue I don't see em anymore. If you see them try to remove them but I think they die off on their own if they can't find something to eat.

Unfortunately you'll need to remove the fish. As long as one fish remains in the tank the ich will survive. Even though only one of your fish shows the signs the others are probably still carrying...

Buy some clip on fans and blow them at the surface. Your water will evaporate quicker but it's a cheap and quick fix.

try not to use carbon in the QT tank. Just get some biomedia from your main tank to put in the QT to avoid a cycle. I wouldnt' put LR in the QT either because the copper will kill everything on/in...
