Ideal Flow Rate through UV Sterilizer?

We are running a 25 watt UV sterilizer. Our main tank is 125 gallons, and the sump is another 80. For a total of 205 gallons.

What should be the ideal flow rate through the sterilizer?

I've had great look with p-mints. I had a bunch of aptasia. After introducing a couple of p'mints, the aptasia are all gone! Now the p'mints are huge and are not bothering anyone.

I just returned from the electrical supply house where I paid $75 for a GFCI 20A breaker.

For me, I trust the breaker, and like the fact that the entire circuit is protected.
