Flatworm exit worked real good for me .I had a real bad outbreak in my tank from a new coral that had them.Just use it as directed and you should be fine.

Rule of thumb people say the lower the k rateing the faster the growth.Had coralvue 14k swapping to 12s to see how mutch difference if any that i can see.
