I would say when you go from a 4ft tank to 6ft tank. 4 ft tanks are much easier to light and provide water movement for. I went from a 120 to a 180.

'best' and 'heater' do not go together. There are no 'best heaters' on the market. All of the heaters currently on the market are not that great.

It is unfortunate that heaters have become such short term items and need to replaced every couple of years because they fail. I would say start with two so you have a backup when the other one...

All the heaters on the market are pretty much crap and it is hit or miss. I have tried almost all of them and the ones I have tried have all failed - stuck on, died, exploded, electricity leak, etc....

Townsend angel and dwarf rusty angel in a 180 mixed. Though if they ate all of the soft corals I would be really happy. I just can't get rid of the stupid things and I want a all sps tank!

You don't need a dedicated chlorine cartridge on a well. I dump the waste saltwater from water changes outside and not down the drain. Too much saltwater could kill the bacteria in the septic tank....
