I would do 2 SE 250watt radiums ran on a HQI ballast. It burns the bulbs whiter than with a ice cap ballast. It also overdrives the bulbs but the color is worth it IMO.

Just put the fish in a bag, and put it in a strofoam with about 2 heat packs. Dont worry about ammonia detox because when the PH drops the ammonia becomes a lot less toxic.
