i have used both the xm 10k and the reeflux 12k....
i have used both the xm 10k and the reeflux 12k. the xm is decent with actinics but otherwise, in my opinion, fairly yellow. as far as the reeflux 12k goes, I personally thought it was way too blue....

unfortunately no, but if they are in a healthy tank don't worry they can grow exceptionally fast. i have seen branching colonys grow from a few polyps to monster colonys in less than a year.
