If Mg is not accurate then it is going to be very hard to get Ca or Alk to work out. You need a test. The MG at the correct levels keeps the Alk and Ca from precipitating

I have not seen 16 cup dosing any where. In the 1st version its like 2.25 cups/ gal. Read carefully you dose a small amount of Mg after you have used 1 gal each of Ca and Alk

I am using a Phos ban reactor to run my Carbon. Is it normal after rinsing the carbon for it to still break down to the point that I am getting black discoloration in lines to and from reactor also...
