I always q tine my fish with about 50/50 success with pet shop fish. The ones that don't make it seem to always have similar symptoms before they die. They are good for 2-3 days then develop a red...

kalk reactor q's MRC maybe?

I'm looking for a kalk reactor for my system. which type is less maintenance the powerhead style like geo or stir bar type? I'm leaning towards mrc because it has built in timers I guess i never seen...

How high do you keep your bulbs from the water? I made my own reflector and am wondering how high to hang it. I'm using 400w bulbs and vho acintics.

the double ended bulb is one bulb=400watts not 800w per fixture compared to 250watts per fixture, you would get whichever one you need based on your tank depth. I believe her price is $200 per set...
