Hard to tell from those photos but they appear to be what was called Lysmata rathbunae. Recently, the Lysmata genus has undergone some corrections so rathbune may no longer be valid. I'm being cheap...

The coral in the first picture appears to be infected with Ostreobium algae. The greenish skeleton and receding tissue is typical in corals with this condition.

Alkalinity conversion is 1 mEq/L = 50.04 ppm CaCO3

To convert Nitrate-Nitrogen to Nitrate ion multiply the reading by 4.4 .
