When I first got my sun coral the tentacles were as long as the ones in the first photo. After a while they seemed to get longer maybe my lighting or maybe cause I feed every day.

The LTA detached itself from my power head last...

The LTA detached itself from my power head last night and attached it self to a rock. This morning I found it stuck in the power head again. My other LTA is doing just fine.

The ballests do get hot. I store them under my stand. I keep them away from the walls so they can get air in the vents. I do not hear any noise from them.
