It should as long as you acclimated it slowly.. I've found with my corals that a minimum of two hours and they are out of their "shell" in no time.

Actually if you got Chaeto from Ice you got pods with it is well.. Pods will eventually develop in any healthy system anyway but it takes about a month after the cycle completes (at least mine did)...
