Also...don't use canister filters or bioballs as they are nitrate sponges. If you have a sump then put your skimmer in the first compartment and that will remove organics before they can even break...

The only think I can think of is that leather corals are very sensitive to newly made saltwater and it can cause them to melt. Did you just change some water? Also what is the temp of the tank?

Just an FYI most zoa's and button polyps are shipped into the country wrapped in wet newspaper. It really cuts down on the shipping weight and is easier to keep the air temperature up with heat packs...
