My Maroon seemed perfectly happy with the lta in tank until I put a flower pot in tank. Now it goes back and forth between the two. Is this normal behavior.

Calcium 430. Alkalinity is 2.29. Just started running a phosphate reactor to help with red algae. Do I need to be worried about low alkalinity...............Also have chem pure in tank. Never...

lta picky eaters

My lta seems like its not eating. My maroon brings it shrinp but it just floats out...... Any suggestiions on diet. And when they eat do they usually close up.

strange behavior

My Maroon takes his tail fin and swishes it in the sand in front of the lta making the sand stir up over and over... Is this normal behavior.
