I think aslong as its eating coraline your ok I have exactly the same urchin thats now in sump. When i first got it it ate right through the middle of a leather toadstool.

The thing is you may not have any coral or rocks from either country but it may have crawled from one rock or coral to another at lfs.

after having another look at yours it does look...
