God forbid I glance at my cell phone.

Btw, where'd I...

I tried the miracle mud...

Hi Everybody!

My name is Neil and it's been about a year since I've had a tank. It was FO and I was just starting to get my toes wet with live rock. Life became busy and I had to give it up for a...

If captive raised tangs only grew to 20% of their max size then an 11 inch Chevron would only be 2.20 inches. No one was saying that was the case... but if it were true (though obviously it's not)...

Re: stocking 65 gallon reef tank.

True, 65 gals are tall and they don't afford much space for swimming. You could though probably get away with something like a Chevron Tang though. Chevrons stay relatively small, have beautiful...

That's a beautiful stand! I'm in total awe. Unfortunately I'm not so handy with carpentry and had mine built... to a price... Maybe if it were something other than pine I'd consider...

Painting an unfinished stand

I got a heck of a deal on a new stand with the only catch being that it's unfinished. (Ok, maybe more a bonus than a catch since that means I get to pick the colour)

Do I need to be wary of what...

I have two Seio 820's in my display and a 620 in my fuge for a while. The 820's move a reasonable amount of water in a broad flow.

Don't get me wrong, it's not a Tunze... but it rocks for the...

I'm breaking down my tank next weekend and moving it a couple hours away. I was thinking of maybe doing a water change this weekend so that I can move a quarter of the water right now.

What could I get away with in terms of a stand without having to worry about anchoring it? 36"? 40" 46"?

(if...
