I have a 12 gallon aquapod with the 70 watt MH. I love this setup and have had a lot of fun with it. I don't have a skimmer on my, I just do weekly to bi-weekly water changes.

Yes a 95 is too small for an emperior angel. Especially with a yellow tang in their I think you will have aggression problems.
