Yes. Fluctuating temps is detrimental for all corals and inverts. You can get a fan to blow over the water when lights are on. Still, you'll eventually need more lighting for the crispa.

Most anemones require high lighting, quadricolor requiring the least but still best kept under MH. IMO, your lights are not sufficient.

It could be that your anemone is bleaching from low light...
