just wait until ammonia and nitrite read -0.It is too soon, And you should start with some snails or hermits first. Thats what i did. then if everything looks good add 1 fish first. PS quarantine...

Dont know for sure, never heard of cleaner...
Dont know for sure, never heard of cleaner shrimps killing snail. i have 4 of them same as yours and dont bother anything in my tank except stealing food. Hope somebody else can help you. Good luck.
