I have never seen one bite in a tank because I have never seen one in a tank. The Undulated moray (Gymnothorax undulatus) is the most aggressive eel in Hawaii.

careful what you buy from mother nature
These eels are about as aggressive as they get. I have had many friends get bit by these and they will leave a lasting impression.
