It probably would be better to get the overflow version, but it is 2.5 x the cost of the one i am looking at. I have gotten a few quotes and I dont think any custom tank is going to be cheaper than...

But the down flow will equal the up flow in this situation as well. Its just taking a longer route to get there, but once primed, the amount being taken from the take will exactly equal the amount...
