Are blue deresas like this one available for sale?

I came across what appears to be a blue deresa when i was diving in Australia a few months back and am in love with them. Can they be found on the market?

I've had a pair of onyx percula clowns for about 3 years now. Up until last summer, They were two of 3 fish in a 29g tank w/20g sump 80lbs...
