Yes those are doors on the side and the fans will be on the inside of them I just forgot to add the into the pic. The wires will run along the inside to allow me to open the doors.

the main reson for the traps were to told back...
the main reson for the traps were to told back the fuge so that the sand and rock dont get blown everywere. And so the stuff dont get sucked into the pump.

Yes that to much for 1X 1" pipe. The pump does 2100gph and needs 1.89 inches of drain. I would just do 2 X 1' drain at least. Yes a t with a valve that runs back to the sump will cut down the flow...
