I am not sure how much they mess up the tank, did not kill anything in my tank, protien skimmer went nuts. I left mine in until it was black ;-( I guess I was just hoping he would turn around.......

I agree you need more light
2x55 watts would be best.
These in power compact are fairly inexpensive.
Plus the more light with 10k and actinic will make things look great.
Maybe get one with 2...

I bought 2 clowns about 7 weeks ago, and 1 of them came down with the same problem. I do not remember exactly what it is but I beleive I read that clowns are known to be prone to a particular skin...

I agree this is awfully small. I have a Split up 29 gallon for my 60 gallon tank. The more the better. Can you fit 2 10 gallon tanks in there, maybe 1 for chateo and the other for LR and LS ???
