It wont kill eggs but it will stun and eventually kill the living hatched ones.... Coral Revive is actually quicker and easier on corals, but the zoanthids and palys are much harder than SPS anyway...

Target .5 to 1.0 units at most... why risk it? 7 is close to NSW anyway, so your fine. Just do it over a few days and don't rush it.
