Skunk Cleaner vs Sexy Shrimp

Can these two live together in a 12g without killing each other? Just wondering because i have a sexy shrimp and id like to get a cleaner skunk to keep my fishs' health in check.

Im not an expert but...

All i can think of is to cover up your tank with some blankets or if you can some how wrap it with them. Find some way for your tank to keep the heat it has in it from escaping. Thats all i got!
