Man i think with a 90 gallon they would be ok. Alot of the compatibility charts say not to mix basslet's but they also only require 20 to 30 gallon tank per species.

there are 2 48" nova extreme fixtures there is an 8 bulb and a 4 bulb the 4 is only7.25" wide if its only 12 inches deep the 4 bulb should be plenty of...

A fuge and have a good skimmer will help that. But u have to watch what you put in there check compatibility charts for fish and some fish just can survie in 75 gallon under tanks, such as tangs.
