I tested mine today against the Pinpoint 53mS...

I tested mine today against the Pinpoint 53mS solution and I was only 3 points off (1.023 vs 1.0264)... Not as bad as I originally suspected when I attempted to make the DIY Refractometer...

I went to my local fish store and compared my refractometer to theirs, and our read the same. Remember , mine read 1.035 with the calibration solution, and my reef and theirs reads my water...
