Saturated ceiling spray - do you mean by moisture? It has been there about 3 yrs and I think it is new. It is also on the outside of the paint....

It is sticky/tacky and seems to be appearing along the tape line. I checked the AC/furnace unit in the Attic above - there is no sign of leakage or plugged drain..... theoretically I could miss it...

Has anyone figured out how to (cheaply) rig a cabinet light to go on when you open the door (like a fridge)? This is actually to put inside a safe, but it is all the same.
