when i had a 45 gal hex with zoas i hung a 400...
when i had a 45 gal hex with zoas i hung a 400 watt halide over it.....
then again thats way overkill on light, but there is a niceness about zoas and halides i believe. Maybe you could look into...

i think your light is good enough, and flow isnt important as far as i know for clams. just make sure to get yourself a bigger one, ive lost a small one before, they are hard to care for.

i moved a zoa rock around from the sandbed up...
i moved a zoa rock around from the sandbed up higher. The zoas recovered that were under the sand, they were under there for a month or so i think. they may have got some light every now and then.
