Build a couple of walls, and insulate it. Make your own fish room. Run a supply air vent for heat/cooling. You can even turn it into a computer room and boild a fish closet for your sump/equipment....

Yeah, when I lived at home, i'd drop 3 hundo on paintball for just the weekend. I never tried the airsoft until chris (suppressivefire) showed me his setup. It looks like a blast!

I thought You can buy one for around 2,500 plus the cost for transfer switch. Install is easy, connect a gas line and switch (somewhat harder)
