how to move rock w/aptaisa to another tank?

Iv'e got some rock in an existing reef tank that has aptaisa on it. I would like to move a few pieces of it to another existing tank that doesn't have aptaisa.
How would you suggest I move it?

Thanks for your responses. The idea came from a friend who has alot of experience in fresh and marine tanks, but he is self taught. That's why I came here before I followed his suggestion.

turning up the heat on ICH

It was suggested to me that slowly raising the temperature in my reef tank to 82 degrees would help kill off the ICH that has appeared in my tank. Any advice would be appreciated before I try this...

I read everything first, learned the risks, and thought I did everything right.
