check out marshall island too - that's my personal favorite. I believe it's a little lighter than fiji and has a great structure. I also have kaelini in my tank - very nice as well.

I keep LR in the sump. I've never used bioballs, but haven't heard too many great things from those that have. Keep in mind that the LR in your main display will be part of the filter too.
