wiring up aro ballast

Just got my 250mh retro today from hellolights. I was wring it up and was connecting the power cord as per the diagram on the top of the ballast.

My question.
There is a green ground wire coming...

I ahve a 20L and want to upgrade to a mh. Is a 250w too much for a 20L? Will I start haveing problems...

Like mudder mentioned plywood and glass would be better. It is quite easy and cheap to make a tank out of it. ONly one side needs to be glass, or part of a side depending on how large you make it.

They are awesome and mine took to my carpet the instant that it was introduced into my tank. They are awesome fish with tons of personality ( I assume so are all clownfish) good luck and have fun.
