Did you try and get it replaced? Probably not. I love my 3 and will be getting more of these in the future. The # of negative reviews is completely out weighed by the price and positive reviews....

24 is way too much. You probably have about 70 gallons of water in there and that is close to almost 50%. You should be changing out 7 - 15 gallons a week.
