Chunks of fish or shrimp cut into appropriate sized pieces. Never any bones, scales, or exoskeletons. I also dose vitamins and amino acids.

They're not expensive and they aren't endangered or anything. I wouldn't worry to much about it. You can take a dip net to any lake or stream here in Florida that has weeds growing in it and catch...
