blue tangs are notorious for "popping" with ich when you first get them if there are only a few spots then i would just keep him well fed with a quality varied diet and see how it works out chances...

i would say at least 100 lbs to have a nice...
i would say at least 100 lbs to have a nice aquascape for a tank that size and still keep an open look. shrimp should be fine as well.
