I got a kaudern cardinal online, he seems ok, but my yellow tang is attacking him.
He is small like 1" and I would like to trade him for any coral or reef safe invertebrate.

premium aquatics is very good too. Just look the reefcentral sponsors.
IMO if you have good live rock you don't need live sand.

It depends in my nitrates, usually I do 10% divided into two times a week, if my nitrates are 0 then I do a 10% divided into two weeks. The 10% if the total of my display, and my sump.

To start a 10 gallon is small, the 36 gallon is a better option if you want to keep a clown fish.
Like stupac21 said read, read and read.
Saltwater can be expensive, but you can save a lot of money...
