This is how I deal with it. I vent the skimmer in and out. Huge difference. It really works to bring the humidity to reasonable levels.

I hope he snaps out of it because I'm tired of buffing the scatches out of the acrylic. I think I also answered my own question above concerning the nori and grazing. Why graze when your fed so well?...

strange behavior in PBT

Lately my Powder Blue Tang has been exhibiting odd behavior. Normally he swims about, nibbles on rocks, intimidates a few other fishes, i.e. normal king of the tank behavior. Now I see him racing...

I have the milwaukee photometer. Since you zero the instrument with the liquid your going to test before you add reagent, why is it important to have a seawater standard? Is it the reagent?

As of today, the female still runs for cover whenever I enter the room. I have not seen her eat. The male is eating well and will come out of hiding when the food enters the tank.

Yup, thats exactly what a chase is. The cords for my Tunzes pass through it and go down into the basement. They connect to the battery backup down there.
